ABOUT ME
I'm a Senior Worldwide Specialist Solutions Architect at AWS, focused on Cloud Operations and LLM & Agentic AI Observability. My work sits at the intersection of customers, product, and the field: helping enterprises run AI workloads they can trust, and helping AWS build the tools that make that possible.
Enterprise teams usually come to me with the same question in different forms: how do we operate this at scale? I work alongside their architects and executives to design observability and operations foundations that hold up in production, and to make the case for them as clearly in the boardroom as in the terminal.
What I learn in the field goes back into the product. I channel customer insights into AWS product teams, shape go-to-market for newly released capabilities, and teach what works through AWS blogs, re:Invent and Summit sessions, and open workshops, because the fastest way to raise the bar is to share it.
The throughline in all of it: earn trust with substance. Fewer slides, more working architectures. That approach earned the 2025 AWS Annual Award for Customer Obsession.
